Current turn around time is 2-4 weeks. Please understand all products are custom made to order with locally sourced items. We appreciate your patience as we work with our own two hands to make every single product that you receive in the mail!
Due to the custom nature of our jewelry we do not accept returns/refunds. However, if you are unhappy or have a problem with your purchase please reach out as we are always happy to accommodate when possible.
While we feel confident in the quality of our jewelry it is indeed a hand made item and unlike a machine, we are not perfect. We are more than happy to repair any item for free within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days feel free to contact us but there will be a repair charge.
We work extra hard to make sure your order is created and shipped on time. All orders are shipped with an attached tracking number. Unfortunately, we do not have a working relationship with USPS and once your order leaves our shop, we have little control over the time it takes for a package to be delivered. Once a package shows delivered via its tracking number, we cannot be responsible for any packages that appear to have been stolen. If you need assistance in contacting USPS to begin a claim for a lost or stolen package, please reach out to us at hello@sundrenchd.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in this process.
